  1. Justifiable:

Justifiable anger refers to the ethical outrage of a person towards the injustices of the world such as degrading environment, criminal offenses against the poor, cruelty towards animal, abusive relationship at home, and many other reasons. This anger can give somewhat benefits as it can create passion and desire to bring the changes in society. However, any type of anger is harmful to your mental illness, psychological and social balances.

  1. Annoyance:

This is amongst the most common type of anger that a person faces. This can develop from the daily frustrations of life. For e.g. getting scold from parents, quarrels with the boss, your spouse or partner say something insensitive, getting no seat on the bus, etc. If you focus on the causes, you will find there is a long list from which you get hyper or angry. These problems also make us upset and the person makes other’s problems his own.

  1. Aggressive:

Aggressive is often possessed by an individual when he wants dominance, threaten, intimidate, or want to control the other person. If this anger expressed constantly in friendships, relationships, it turns into bullying, psychological violence, and abuse.

  1. Temper tantrums:

Temper tantrums are the sudden outburst of anger when an individual is not satisfied as per his/her wish. It doesn’t whether the demands are reasonable or not, the person constantly demands them until they get complete. It reflects the selfishness of a person too.

Generally, such anger can be seen in children, and also a part of their development and maturation process. As the person grows older, these temper tantrums get reduced.
